Namasté: Paris à Noël

Ha llegado la última semana antes de las vacaciones de Navidad, lo que significa que el fin de semana que viene la mayoría de la gente vuelve a casa o viaja; así que Cecilia y yo decidimos ir a Paris a pasar la tarde como inauguración de las Navidades, y de paso, ver el ambiente en la capital.

Está haciendo un tiempo muy bueno; un frío que pela pero cielo despejado, así que da gusto pasear. Estas primeras fotos son en Compiègne, después de perder el tren… las hicimos antes de quedarnos sin luz, ya que hacia las 16:30 empieza el atardecer. Lo que parecía haber empezado mal con la pérdida del primer tren y el retraso del segundo, terminó siendo un día de los buenos, de los que un día, echando la vista atrás, recuerdas con una sonrisa. Anduvimos de un lado a otro, entre el gentío que preparaba los mejores paquetes que en unos días adornarán sus árboles de navidad.

Para terminar el día y darnos un capricho, cenamos en un restaurante francés; una Raclette, que no me podía ir sin probar.

We've come to the last week before the Christmas Holidays, which means that next weekend almost everyone is returning back home or traveling around. So, Cecilia and I decided to go to Paris to spend the afternoon like an "Opening Christmas" as well as for seeing the atmosphere in the Capital city.

The weather these last days it's being great; freezing cold but blue sky, which makes very pleasant walking around. These first photos are in Compiègne, right after losing the first train… We made them before the light disappeared; 'cause at 16:30 starts getting dark. What looked a bad start with the lost of the first train and the delay of the second, ended up being a great day, one of those that, one day looking back you remember with a smile in your face. We walked from one place to another, like all the crowd that prepared the best packages for their Christmas trees.

To finish our journey, we had dinner in a french restaurant; a "Raclette", that I couldn't leave without tasting.
